Copies (on view at Adrian Ibañz Galeria in Colombia)An early exploration into Generative AI, Copies utilizes the website https://generated.photos/face-generator to create 20 “people,” all using the same parameters. The series explores AI-generated images, their limits, biases, and flaws. The work was made before the AI boom and serves as a time capsule that illustrates not only how quickly AI has evolved but also its flawed foundations.
